This program includes a one hour private Capoeira Introduction Class with our Head Instructor, Formado Folclore where he will teach you some basic movements, a little history and give you a musical demonstration as well. After that, you will take a Basic Capoeira Training Class with our students to get an idea of how our classes are structured! The Trial Program is only $19.95 and there's no obligation to continue.
